Speakers include Ken Sparta of Spartan Sea Farms (oyster and kelp farmer), Michael Chambers PhD from UNH (aquaculture researcher), Spencer Gowan of Great Falls Aquaculture (barramundi farm), and Chef Philippe Parola (author of Can't Beat 'Em, Eat Em').
