Enjoy free cheese tastings and a wine garden at Pascolo with live music by Trio Gusto as downtown Burlington transforms into a cheese lover's paradise. Whether you're a lifelong cheddar enthusiast or just looking for a fun night out, there's something delicious waiting around every corner. Bring your friends, family, neighbors, and anyone who appreciates great food and local flavor. Because nothing brings Vermonters together quite like cheese. Free event. Open to all. Try different cheeses and have the chance to win a 2-night farm-stay at a Liberty Hill, a Cabot dairy farm in Rochester, VT valued at $750!
